I should have some pictures from the Baptism soon, but incase anyone is curious, here is a link to the sermon Ron preached. For those of you who don't know Ron, he is the priest that married us almost 10 years ago. As Simon's godfather, we felt blessed to have him baptize Simon and preach.

Here are a few recent pictures...


Simon is all smiles on his play mat -- that is, until we take out the camera. This is the closest we got to a smile. Also, it should be noted that he's wearing a 6-9 month onesie in this picture, which was taken right at 3 months old. This kid is big.

Salmon

These are the kids of some good friends and neighbors. They are so sweet to Simon and usually the favor is returned. They've been calling him Salmon, I guess since they know a few Sams but also know that's not quite his name. Their other name for him? Mr. Mark's baby.
You can see where their affections lie.

This ad drives me (sarah) nuts. This kind of thing doesn't bother me at all in conversation or casual writing, but a national ad campaign? They should know better.
